Good shopping experience - so many branded shops, restaurants/cafe/ canteen, one can spend a whole day here

Restaurants are overpriced compared to the quality and quantity given. Apparel and accessory shops are cheaper than you would find in the city. I go here for the theme parks, not the shipping or eating.

Shopping, shopping and good food too. There is an amusement park in case you're not into shopping. All the brands are there and good promotions to attract interest.

This outlet is perfect for the family. The area has a theme park and onsen. Bus rides are accessible. The ambiance is laid-back and is mostly full of locals instead of tourists.

their lunar new year sale is awesome really great deals. Nagashima resort is just next to this outlet too, you could also go to the onsen and later go to nabana no sato to enjoy the illumination.

Not foreigner-friendly. I and visiting friends and family used to like it but service has deteriorated so much.They advertise tax-free for tourists but you have to line up for a long time with all other tourists in a separate shop to claim your tax-free refund even after you paid for your goods. Since it closes at 8pm, you might not be able to get a refund. This recent change feels like a waste of time and a disservice to bother foreigners and staff. Fossil has the best service of all as they do the tax-free set up in store.It could have been nice as there's something for everyone - amusement park, hot spring, flowers or illumination, and shopping.It can get very cold, though & it closes early - 8pm.

Great outlet. A really good bunch of brands away from the city. It's also next to an amusement park so the kids can have fun as well. Roller coasters look cool. Excellent for families. It was March when I was there and the amusement park obviously wasn't open.

Great place to get some off seasons discounted items. Quote a big area with North and South Wing. Eateries are available. 50 mins bus ride from Nagoya Station with a return fare of JPY2100 and depart every 20 mins.

Bit expensive to get to, so definitely have to spend in order to save. Don't forget leave time to do your tax back at the end of the day as you have to do it separately

This outlet has a wide array of stores. Sale items are really good buys. The restaurants could almost accommodate everybody. Lovely!

One of the best outlets I have been. It is close to Nagoya and the hot spring resort. People can first enjoy a morning/afternoon in the hot spring resort first and then spend their remaining time in this outlet. Most of the people in this outlet can speak English and they are helpful and friendly. There is also a good bus connection between Nagoya and this outlet though the ticket is a bit overpriced.

Good place to spend whole day for shopping and entertainment

One of our favorite shopping spots in Nagoya. Prices are quite good esp during the sale season in Nov/Dec. You'll surely end of with a lot of bargains by days end.

Very big brands, spacious and many eating places. I guess it is bigger than nearby premium outlets. Plenty of time based discounts are available in many shops. It’s near to the Nagashima Resort. The parking lot is also huge and it will take plenty of time to get into the lot. Easily you can spend more than 4 to 5 hrs in here. We can also see many foreign people. It’s near to the Nagoya city.

Nice place for a day of shopping and some amusement rides. A couple of the rides are pretty good fun for adults and queues on a Sunday were 40mins thereabouts.Food at the outlet mall was relatively expensive though, average 1000 yen for a main.

The outlet is very big with many shops and a large food court.

Pretty good place to spare your time. The rollercoasters are excited.

Lots of name brands. Good variety of stores to buy clothes, shoes, etc.. . Food in restaurants are above average. We had the pork chop in the upstairs food court which was delicious.Majority of stores do tax free at the cashier, some don't do tax free, and other stores require you to take the receipt to the customer service counter on the ground floor.Prices are slightly below retail, no great deals (shopping in late October). But with the large variety of choice, and occasional bargains. If you are looking for bargain outlet shopping, can recommend.Tip: Expect to spend nearly a whole day shopping here.
